​​Middleburgh Central School Alumni Association​

It's easy to join the MCS Alumni Association.  As outlined in our bylaws, there are two levels of Membership:


An ACTIVE MEMBER must have attended Middleburgh Central School.  To become an ASSOCIATE MEMBER, a person must be one of the following:

  1. a past or present employee of MCS
  2. a spouse, widow, or widower of any person who attended MCS
  3. a parent of an MCS student or alumnus
  4. a resident of the MCS school district age 18 or older​

To become a Member of the MCS Alumni Association, please complete the appropriate form (Active or Associate) and send it, along with a one-time donation ($10 is suggested; 2015-16 graduates may elect to defer their donation for a year), to:
